I think that's a very important aspect of this particular conference, because it's clear that everybody comes here on that basis of wanting to share, you know, wanting to collaborate. So it is really important because, you know, we're all trying to to work often in very challenging circumstances, often where resources are very tight, becoming increasingly more difficult. So therefore, you know, being able to lean across a, you know, a wider group of people that can help provide further ideas, inspiration and resources is really valuable.

An exciting set of speakers and huge experience.

I think the balance has been excellent. There's been no hard sell, at some of these events in other sectors can be a little bit too pushy. There hasn't been any of that here and there's been some real good case studies that people have presented to us. The real benefit to us has been finding people who are sharing similar experiences. Maybe they're further down the line than us. That's important strategic information that we can find from them, and it enables us to piggyback on their work, build some networks and achieve great outcomes for our pupils, as a result, can really useful time.
